California Articles of Incorporation Apostille

If you have formed a corporation in California and need your California Articles of Incorporation Apostilled, you will need to have the original or a copy stamped by the California Secretary of State.

In order to know if your Articles of Incorporation is eligible for a California Apostille, just look at the back of the document.  If you see a purple seal signed by the Secretary of State, your document qualifies for an Apostille.
